Pre-Existing Condition is any Injury or Illness which, within the 12 months prior to the Effective Date of Coverage, manifested itself, exhibited symptoms, or required medical treatment or medication, or for which a Physician was consulted.

Some Limitations

- After 60 days of risk start date, there is no refund for cancellation of the policy.
- The policy holder has to wait for an year for the preexisting diseases to be covered.
- $50,000 coverage for the dependent spouse and children.
- No coverage for AD&D
- Deduction of 50% penalty of eligible medical expenses if the insured fails to pre-certify the claims from the providers.
