Reviews, Ratings and Experiences

I’ve been using INF every time my parents have come and visited for the last 18 years, or pretty much since Y2K. They are a community-based company and I can really tell they care for their customers. I’ve met many of their team members throughout the years, all of them are courteous and helpful in getting the claims paid and going the extra mile if there’s some sort of paperwork issue.

I had a great experience with INF. They covered a Covid test for my mom who was feeling sick right after she came on her flight. Luckily she tested negative. I was happy with the overall service and cashless service. Always happy to recommend INF to friends and family!

I purchased this travel health insurance for my parents during their stay in the United states. The purchasing procedure was really quick and simple. I contacted support to get a breakdown of all the plans so I could choose the one that best suits my parents, and their support staff responded quickly.
