Hop! will then make all the necessary arrangements for the member, such as appointments with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare providers, transportation, accommodation, legal advice, and more. Hop! will also pay for all the expenses directly, so the member does not have to worry about paying out of pocket or filing claims

INF insurance will not cover visitors to US if they are already sick, if a traveller is already in the hospital, expecting to use the insurance, if travelers have scheduled medical procedures, or if travelers are seeking on-going treatment.
If a visitor proceeds to do any of the preceding, it may result in the cancellation of coverage, full refund of the amount paid, and all claims denied. INF has a 5 day waiting period for new sickness / pre-existing coverage if the traveler has already arrived in the United States.

An Access Expense is a non-refundable deposit to be paid before medical assistance is provided. There is only 1 access expense to be paid during the duration of your membership.
