INF Premier Plus X Travel Insurance is a fixed travel medical insurance plan that covers for Non-US Citizens & anyone visiting USA, Canada and traveling worldwide outside their home country. This plan provides coverage full pre-existing conditions up to 99 years of age. This plan also offers coverage for preventive & maintenance care as well as other benefits such as emergency medical evacuation, repatriation of remains, accidental death and dismemberment, and telemedicine. This plan offers coverage for minimum of 90 days up to 364 days. Plan will pays 90% of eligible medical expenses up to the policy maximum inside PPO network and the plan will pay 70% of eligible medical expenses outside of the PPO network after the deductible met for United Healthcare PPO network.

Premier Plus X Plan insurance eligibility
- This plan is available for Non-US Citizens & anyone visiting USA ,Canada, Mexico and traveling worldwide outside their home country.
- Minimum Enrolment should be 90 days to buy INF Premier Plus Plan.
- Available for visitors already in the US with a 5 day waiting period for any new sickness and 15 days for Covid-19. It is also required for customers in this situation to send an I94 and health attestation form signed and dated.
Premium Plus X Plan Cancelation
The Traveler can purchase an optional rider at the time of application. The optional riders provide additional coverage for a minimal charge.
- Changes in dates can be made with no additional charge or penalty. This includes preponing or postponing coverage before the effective date of the plan. This is always our policy and will not changes
- Policies can be cancelled before the start date of the policy with a minimal $25 cancellation fee. If the insured has not started their trip due to unforeseen circumstances, they may be eligible to cancel the policy.
- For example, if a week has passed and they want cancel the policy- that is not possible. There's no cancellation of policy after start date
- However, due to coronavirus- If it is day 1 of the policy only, we can still consider it for cancellation during this coronavirus period if the visitor has not yet begin their trip (on a case by case basis).

The INF Premier Plus Insurance Plan is a fixed benefit plan insurance programs for visitors to the United States, Canada and Mexico, which provides benefits for covid19 and Pre-existing conditions. The INF Premier Plus Insurance Plan is not available to US residents and is only available to non-US residents.
Any non-US citizen can apply for the INF Premier Plus Insurance Plan. This includes green card holders, H-1B visa holders, permanent residents, students on F1 / F1 visas, those on OTP, and those whose immigration status is not confirmed. This plan works for all age groups, from age 0 to age 99
The INF Premier Plus Insurance Plan provides coverage for pre-existing conditions as defined in the plan, as per policy limitations, exclusions and maximums, with no benefit waiting period. The plan also provides coverage for sickness and accident medical expenses, an accidental death and dismemberment benefit, emergency medical evacuation and repatriation of remains benefits while you are on your trip

- Option A: $60K policy maximum with a $75 or $250 deductible for age 0-69, and $25K policy maximum with a $250 or $500 deductible for age 70-99.
- Option B: $150K policy maximum with a $75 or $250 deductible for age 0-69, and $50K policy maximum with a $250 or $500 deductible for age 70-99
