  For persons aged 65-69, the maximum available are $50,000; $100,000. persons aged 70-79, the maximum available is $50,000. For persons 80 and above maximum available is $10,000.

  In Worldwide Excluding the United States it provides policy maximum options of $$50,000; $100,000; $500,000; 1,000,000; $2,000,000 and $5,000,000 for people in the age range of 14 days to 64 years of age. For persons aged 65-79, the maximum available are $50,000; $100,000. For persons 80 and above maximum available is $10,000.

• This plan can be purchased by individuals traveling outside their home country
• The maximum lifetime of the plan is 365 days and it can be renewed up to this time.
• There is a coinsurance factor applicable to this insurance. Outside of the US, the plan pays 100%, inside of the US, the plan pays 80% within the PPO network up to the first $5000 and 100% after the limit. For out of PPO network, the plan pays 70% up to first $5,000 and then pays 100%.

Travel Medical Choice:

• Travel Medical Choice offers coverage in both Worldwide Including the United States and Worldwide Excluding the United States.In Worldwide Including the United States it provides policy maximum options of $50,000; $100,000; $500,000; $1,000,000 for people in the age range of 14 days to 64 years of age. For persons aged 65-69, the maximum available are $50,000; $100,000.

  For persons aged 70-79, the maximum available is $50,000. For persons 80 and above maximum available is $10,000.In Worldwide Excluding the United States it provides policy maximum options of $$50,000; $100,000; $500,000; 1,000,000; $2,000,000 and $5,000,000 for people in the age range of 14 days to 64 years of age. • There is a co insurance factor applicable to this insurance which pays 100% for outside of the US and 90% up to first $5,000 for within the PPO network treatment and 80% for out of the PPO network treatments.
