For persons aged 65-79, the maximum available are $50,000; $100,000. For persons 80 and above maximum available is $10,000.

  • The maximum lifetime of the plan is 365 days and it can be renewed up to this time.
  • There is a coinsurance factor applicable to this insurance. Outside of the US, the plan pays 100%, inside of the US, the plan pays 80% within the PPO network up to the first $5000 and 100% after the limit. For out of PPO network, the plan pays 70% up to first $5,000 and then pays 100%.
