We recommend the Diplomat America plan for US citizens coming to the US. It works ideally since you will be playing baseball (presumably in an organized manner, not just pick up games with friends), I will recommend the policy below.
The Diplomat America plan is available for US citizens coming to the US for a short time. It has a very extensive sports and adventure rider which can cover in case of injury due to activities such as skiing, kayaking, surfing, etc as well as playing in club or interscholastic sports teams. The minimum number of days you can purchase this plan is 15 and it is not extendable or renewable. Also, once the plan starts, there is no refund available on the plan. You can cancel before the start date, but there will be a $25 cancellation fee.
