For all IMG plans - Provider Access	For IMG Policy Cancellation: If you are not satisfied with a plan, you may submit a written request to cancel@imglobal.com for cancellation and refund of your premium. If you have filed claims, your premium is non refundable.
Patriot America Lite Insurance	Brochure	Cancellation before effective date: Full refund of premium. Cancellation after effective date: $50 cancellation fee will be charged by the insurance company. Only full month premium will be considered for refund.

Visitors Care Insurance	Brochure	Cancellation before effective date: Full refund of premium. Cancellation after effective date: $25 cancellation fee will be charged by the insurance company. Refund will be be pro-rated based on the amount of time remaining in your period of coverage.
Global Medical Silver Insurance	Brochure	The insured is given a 15 days duration to review the fulfillment kit contents. During this 15 days duration if the insured is not happy, a written request may be submitted for cancelletion and full premium is refunded. After the 15 days duration, any cancellation will be granted at the sole disertion of IMG as the plan administrator and the refund will be received based on the established refund schedule, not a pro-rated basis.

	For Seven Corners Policy Cancellation : If your travel plan is cancelled you have to submit a written request to cancel@sevencorners.com for cancellation and refund of your premium. The subject of the email must contain the first name and last name of the policy holder. While the body of the email must contain the name of the policy holder, birth date, certificate number and date of cancellation. If you have filed claims for reimbursement, your premium is non refundable.

Changes in dates can be made with no additional charge or penalty. This includes preponing or postponing coverage before the effective date of the plan. This is always our policy and will not changes
Policies can be cancelled before the start date of the policy with a minimal $25 cancellation fee. If the insured has not started their trip due to unforeseen circumstances, they may be eligible to cancel the policy
- For example, if a week has passed and they want cancel the policy- that is not possible. There's no cancellation of policy after start date
- However, due to coronavirus- If it is day 1 of the policy only, we can still consider it for cancellation during this coronavirus period if the visitor has not yet begin their trip (on a case by case basis).
