Safe Travels USA Insurance is a travel medical insurance plan that provides coverage for medical expenses and other travel related benefits who are temporarily visiting the US. This is a Comprehensive plan available for non-US citizens aged 5 days up to 364 days.
Safe Travels USA is not available to US citizens residing in the U.S for more than 365 days prior to the effective date of the coverage. Covers sudden and unexpected recurrence of pre-existing conditions up to $1,000 of covered expenses. Safe Travels USA participates in First Health PPO network which is a very widely recognized PPO network all over the U.S. COVID-19 expenses are covered and treated as any other sickness.

Yes.Safe Travels USA plan offers Sports activity coverage as (Optional) up to $50,000 - provides coverage while performing, practicing, or participating in Class 1 or Class 2 Sports only. Extreme Sports are excluded. Hockey League play is excluded.
Class 1: Archery, tennis, swimming, cross country, track, volleyball, and golf.
Class 2: Ballet, baseball, basketball, cheerleading, equestrian, fencing, field hockey, football except division 1, gymnastics, hockey no league play, karate, lacrosse, polo, rowing, rugby, soccer, & softball.
Extreme Sports: Sports means any high-risk non-team sport or recreation activity that is dangerous and if performed optimally, even by the highly skilled, risks loss of life or limb.
