01. What is the minimum premiums for Safe Travels Outbound plan?

There is a minimum premium of $20.00 for this plan. This plan is available up to 99 years and covers quarantine benefit.

02. How do I cancel a Safe Travels Outbound Insurance from Trawick International?

For Trawick International Travel insurance Policy Cancellation : If your travel insurance USA plan is cancelled you have to submit a written request to info@trawickinternational.com for cancellation and refund of your travel medical insurance premium cost.

Cancellation before effective date:

  • A full refund would be considered

Cancellation of the travel health insurance after effective date the following conditions apply if the Insured Person wishes to cancel the insurance and a written partial refund request has been made:

  • If any claims have been filed with the Company, the Premium is fully earned and is non-refundable.
  • If no claims have been filed with the Company, then
    • a cancellation fee of US $25 will be charged;
    • only full month premiums will be considered as refundable;
  • If after a refund is made, it is determined that a claim was presented to the company on an Insured Person’s behalf, the Insured Person will be fully responsible for that claim in its entirety.
