INF Safe Traveler USA 90 X Insurance is a comprehensive travel medical insurance plan that covers for Non-US Citizens & anyone visiting USA, Canada, Mexico and traveling worldwide outside their home country. This plan provides medical benefits such as emergency medical evacuation, repatriation of remains, accidental death and dismemberment, and telemedicine. This plan offers coverage for minimum of 30 days up to 364 days. Plan will pays 90% of eligible medical expenses up to the policy maximum inside PPO network and the plan will pay 70% of eligible medical expenses outside of the PPO network after the deductible met for United Healthcare PPO network.

International travelers are eligible for INF Safe Traveler USA 90 Insurance if they are non-US citizens traveling outside their home country for a minimum of 5 days up to a maximum of 364 days.
The cost of INF Safe Traveler USA 90 Insurance depends on the age of the traveler, the destination, coverage period, policy maximum, and deductible. One can choose from two levels of coverage: $150K or $300K for new sicknesses and accidents, and $50K or $100K for pre-existing conditions. One can also choose from different medical access expenses: $0, $100, $250, $500, $1K, $2,500, or $5K.
One can renew the INF Safe Traveler USA 90 Insurance online or by completing a paper renewal form. There is a $5 renewal fee to renew the plan. One can cancel the plan before the effective date for a full refund. After the effective date, one can cancel the plan and request a refund if there are no claims filed on the policy . There is a $50 cancellation fee and refunds are prorated based on unused days.
