When Traveling Inside the United States:
Seven Corners maintains a wide network of health care providers. In the US there are 2 options: United health care and Multiplan.
You need to check your insurance card to find any one of the below 2 logos:
healthcare    multiplan
While calling your provider network, you need to say "my coverage uses United healthcare or Multiplan PPO network and I found your name on the registry".
Do not say “I have Seven Corners Insurance” or “I use Seven Corners Network” or "I have Liaison Travel Choice plan or I use seven corners plan". The provider will not identify your coverage and may say that you are not covered.

When Traveling Ouside the United States:
You need to visit Wellabroad.com to find healthcare provider or doctor nearest you outside the US. The member can view a directory which has a list of providers’ services and payment options for receiving the treatment. Only some health care providers will bill directly with Seven Corners. Please review the providers’ service and payment to know better on how the healthcare can be accessed.

You can contact 1-800-690-6295 (toll free inside the U.S.) or 317-818-2808 (collect outside the U.S.) to find out more about the network providers
