Trawick International Adventure and Sports Activity Coverage

• Covers up to $50,000 - provides coverage while performing, practicing, or participating listed Sports only. Collision and Extreme Sports are excluded.
• If coverage is purchased for Class 1: this benefit provides coverage to the Covered Person while performing, practicing, or participating in archery, tennis, swimming, cross country, track, volleyball, and golf.
• If coverage is purchased for Class 2: includes following sports, ballet, baseball, basketball, cheerleading, equestrian, fencing, field hockey, football (except division 1), gymnastics, hockey (no league play), karate, lacrosse, polo, rowing, rugby, soccer, and softball.
• Any Sport Activity not expressly covered hereunder is excluded from this Policy unless the activity is noncontact and engaged in by You solely for leisure, recreation, entertainment, or fitness purposes only.

• For non U.S. residents and non U.S. citizens, traveling to the USA or USA and then other countries.
• This plan is available for green card holders.
• Travelers up to the age of 89 years.
• This plan is not available to any individual who has been residing within the United States for more than 365 days prior to their Effective Date.
• Coverage for minimum 5 days to maximum up to 364 days.

• Up to $1k for an unexpected recurrence of pre-existing conditions

• If coverage is purchased for Class 1: this benefit provides coverage to the Covered Person while performing, practicing, or participating in archery, tennis, swimming, cross country, track, volleyball, and golf.

• Any Sport Activity not expressly covered hereunder is excluded from this Policy unless the activity is noncontact and engaged in by You solely for leisure, recreation, entertainment, or fitness purposes only.

• Foreign residents visiting USA and worldwide
• Travelers up to the age of 89 years

• Covers Acute onset of Pre-existing condition up to 69 years the limit is up to the medical maximum purchased per period of coverage and for any coverage related to cardiac disease, coverage is limited to $25,000.

The Traveler can purchase an optional rider at the time of application. The optional riders provide additional coverage for a minimal charge.

• It is eligible for any travelers travelling outside their home country but does not cover for travel from US, in US and to US.
• Travelers up to the age of 89 years
• Plan is not available to any individual who has been residing outside their home country for more than 365 days prior to their effective date.

• The first $20,000 of Covered Expenses up to age 65 or the first $10,000 of Covered Expenses for age 65 or over
