I’m comparing Atlas America, Atlas Premium America, and Patriot America Plus. It looks like Atlas America is the best overall coverage for $500,000. For all of them, I want to know how the bills are paid to the doctor or hospital. Does the insured need to pay first, or does the insurer pay directly? This is not explained anywhere in the catalogs.
