• Plan co insurance factor: This plan pays 100% after the deductible for a claim expense, when the treatment is received within the PPO and for treatment received outside the PPO, the plan pays 80% of eligible expenses up to $5000 and then 100% up to the maximum limit.

• Patriot America Lite visitor insurance can be extended for a minimum of 5 days up to a 12 months period, until reaching a maximum of 24 continuous months.

• Green Card Holders in the US are eligible as long as their primary residence is outside the US. There is no set amount of time on arrival in the US before which this plan has to be purchased.

• This is comprehensive travel insurance by IMG and is similar to the Patriot America with the difference in the benefit that covers acute onset of pre-existing conditions up to the age of 70
• The plan offers a benefit of copays of $25 for urgent care centers and $15 for walk-in clinics which are paid INSTEAD of the deductible each time these facilities are used (when the $0 deductible is selected.)
• US citizens and Non US citizens living abroad can buy this plan for visiting the US for short while.
