IMG International health insurance for missionaries

There are two Outreach products available to meet your needs and provides up to $2,000,000 of medical coverage:

  • International medical Outreach provides coverage for U.S. citizens traveling abroad for a minimum of five days up to a maximum of two years. If the plan is purchased for a minimum of three months, coverage may be renewed (without break in coverage) for a total of up to two years.
  • Outreach AmericaSM provides coverage for non-U.S. citizens traveling outside their home country for a minimum of five days up to a maximum of two years. If the plan is purchased for a minimum of three months, coverage may be renewed (without break in coverage) for a total of up to two years.

  • Outreach Travel Insurance plan is a Comprehensive plan.
  • This travel insurance Plan is available for Non-US citizens traveling outside their home country and for US citizens traveling outside of the US.
  • The deductible options available are $0, $100, $250, $500,$1000 and $2500.
  • The coverage period for the plan starts from a minimum of 5 days and can go up to a maximum of 2 years.
  • Renewal of the plan is possible with a minimum purchase time period of 3 months.
  • Co-insurance coverage for treatment received outside the US is 100% and the coinsurance for coverage of treatment received in the US is 100% only within the PPO network. For Out of Network treatment received, the plan pays 90% for up to $5000.
  • IMG travel insurance plan provides a policy maximum options of $50,000, $100,000, $500,000, $1000,000 and $2000,000.
  • For both US and Non US citizens, a coverage of $25,000 is covered for sudden and unexpected recurrence of pre-existing conditions for emergency medical evacuation.
  • For US citizens, sudden and unexpected recurrence of pre-existing condition coverage availability and details are:
    1. For US citizens up to age 65 with primary health plan, usual reasonable and customary charges are covered up to plan maximum.
    2. For US citizens up to age 65 without the primary health plan, plan covers up to $20000 lifetime maximum.
    3. For US citizens above age 65 with or without the primary health plan 2500 maximum coverage is available
  • For Non US Citizens, sudden and unexpected recurrence of pre-existing condition coverage is available up to $25000 of eligible costs and expenses.
  • Visitors insurance plan provides coverage for Covid-19 treatment.
