Deductible options from $250 to $5,000.

Care Clix consultation is a new benefit under this plan where you can get access to a doctor by different means like a video chat , mobile app, phone... and consult about non emergency issues, however there are certain exclusions to this benefit which we will look in this blog further.
Green card holders and lawful permanent residents are not eligible for this coverage.
This plan must be initially purchased prior to departing the Country of Residence
Repurchases of this plan within twelve (12) months from the initial purchase must be made while outside the United States, Canada, and Mexico

Policy maximum^?

The plan provides policy maximum options of $50,000, $100,000 and $250,000 for people up to the age of 69.
For people 70 and above, the plan pays $50,000.

Deductible^?

The Plan offers per injury and illness deductible and the options aare $250, $500, $1000, $2500 and $5000.

Co-insurance^?

In addition to deductible, the plan pays 75% of the cost for eligible expenses in the United States(within the network), Canada and Mexico. For the eligible expenses incurred in the United States(Out of Network), the plan pays 60% in addition to the deductible.

Pre-existing condition

Pre- existing conditions are covered with this plan with a deductible of $1500 and the plan deductible is waived. The coverage is available up to $25000 for people up to the age 69. For people 70 and older, $20,000 is the coverage amount available.

Provider Network

Inside the US, the plan provides access to the United HealthCare provider network which provides direct access to largest network of providers in the US.
Outside of the US, travelers can enjoy the access to the quality healthcare by the proprietary IPA network.

Eligible medical expenses coverage is available for 75% for expenses incurred in the United States (In network), Canada and Mexico and for the expenses incurred in the United States(Out of Network), 60% expenses are covered.
Physician visits/Services are covered for 75% for expenses incurred in the United States (In network), Canada and Mexico and for the expenses incurred in the United States(Out of Network), 60% expenses are covered.
Urgent Care Clinic expenses are covered up to 100% for both In network and Out of network. There will be a co-payment of $25 for In-network and $50 co-payment for Out of Network co-payment.
Care Clix Consultation is available up to 100% for eligible incidents.
Emergency Medical Evacuation is available up to the maximum limit of $25000 which is 100% coverage.
Return of mortal remains coverage is available for a maximum limit of $25,000 which is 100% coverage.
Dental treatment is covered for $300 for sudden pain or treatment due to an accident.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment is covered 100% of the Principal sum which is $25,000 and the death must occur within 90 days of the accident.
