• The policy covers illness such as cold , flu … but does not cover routine checkups for vaccinations, immunizations ...
• Yes. You need to fill the claim form and submit the same to IMG, or if the provider is willing to do that they can do it too. If you are visiting a doctor for an ongoing sickness, then you need not give all the details about the medical history in the claim form everytime. They can refer to it from the first time.
• You need to pre certify by contacting IMG either by calling the contact numbers on the ID Card that you will receive when you purchase the insurance or online by sending email to online_@_imglobal.com and clicking on the IMG click links. When you contact IMG you will redirected to the right people who will help you with the precertification process.
• You can pay it by check or you can let IMG know your banking information and they can collect the deposit through online banking.
• The answer is 'No'. This does not provide coverage for martial arts.
